Home Ownership for Personal Empowerment, Inc. is a regional nonprofit that provides stable, affordable housing options for people with developmental disabilities. Since 1995 HOPE has partnered with Regional Centers to offer a variety of hosing programs to serve those with autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and epilepsy.
