Our Culture & Values
HOPE values are the philosophies and principles that guide our organization's internal conduct as well as our relationship with our customers, partners, and shareholders. They include quality, respect, partnership and education.
HOPE Culture is the behavior that determines our organization's atmosphere and how our team interacts and work within our community. Staff members' values, potential, and ability to fit into organizational culture and total capacities are as crucial as specific job function relevant skills. Being responsive, communicative, and anticipatory with our residents and their support team is invaluable. We strive to make the world a better place in everything we do.
HOPE Outcomes are the impacts of our housing on those we serve and in the broader community.
